3. Membership and Payment

All memberships and services must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Basic Monthly Membership: ARS 18,000
• Standard Monthly Membership: ARS 22,000
• Premium Monthly Membership: ARS 28,000
• Personal Training Session: ARS 9,000
• Group Class (per session): ARS 4,000-6,500
• Daily Pass: ARS 3,500

4. Cancellation Policy

Training sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Membership cancellations require 30 days notice. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

• Following gym rules and safety guidelines
• Providing accurate health and fitness information
• Using equipment properly and safely
• Informing us of any health conditions or injuries
• Maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness
• Paying for services as agreed
• Providing feedback on service quality

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow strict safety procedures to ensure the best possible experience. All members must sign a membership agreement and health waiver.
